We specialize in providing amazing gifts and branded logo merchandise for corporate and casino events.
We are looking for a self motivated individual who is responsible for managing all orders.
Duties Include:
• In charge of placing all orders for merchandise for events.
•Tracking all orders from order placement to delivery.
• Emailing client art proofs and sending approvals to suppliers to proceed with production.
•Getting freight quotes and setting up truck transportation for large orders.
• Email client invoices.
Qualifications:
• Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, and within a team
• Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
• Accurate, extremely detail oriented and very organized.
