International travel company is looking for a reliable and attentive to detail virtual assistant.
We’re looking for the freelancer with:
– extreme attention to details,
– ability to follow the instructions,
– good taste in the basic design of documents & emails,
– ability to think & listen,
– fluent in English & French
Responsibilities:
– data entry from different sources to Trello,
– online research of hotels, restaurants, etc.,
– checking client’s travel details,
– organizing files & information in Dropbox/G Workspace etc.,
– calling vendors in France,
– setting reminders,
– designing emails & files for our clients
and more.
This work will be taking 5-10hrs/week.
We are a growing company. Please do not apply if you have a full-time job or responsibilities. This job requires quick response time & 100% accuracy.
