We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to join our fast-growing digital agency.

IMPORTANT: You must be fluent in English or a native/bilingual speaker with EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking additional support and assistance with social media, blogging, website management, data entry and file processing, calls and meetings, and other administrative tasks to support our team and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

* Fast and accurate typing
* GREAT communicator (written & verbal)
* Able to participate on internal calls, online Zoom meetings, and potential client calls/meetings
* Must have a distraction-free, stress-free working environment
* Must have a Windows PC or Mac computer (Windows PC preferred)
* Must have a high-speed Internet connection

RESPONSIBILITIES

Since this is a new role, we are expecting it to evolve a bit. In fact, we’d like you to help us standardize and document this role over time.

Initially, we envision the following tasks to be a regular part of your work with us:

* Social media connections, posts, monitoring, and/or moderation
* Website blog posting and content management
* Email management including organizing, filtering and responding, and sending emails
* Calendar management and scheduling (calls, meetings, setting follow-ups, etc.)
* Phone calls and online meetings (must be a native/bilingual/fluent English speaker)
* File and documentation management
* Proofreading and entering content
* Selecting photos for content
* Documenting procedures
* Online research
* Data entry and file processing
* Basic project management (entering tasks, tracking progress)
* Reporting
* Other support tasks to support the team
