We are looking for a virtual assistant to assist our company with a variety of admin-related tasks.

You must have good English, be highly motivated, highly organized and be able to work without much micromanaging from us once tasks and projects have been explained.

Your experiences may include:
Google Workspace/GSuite
Microsoft Office
Shopify (product listing, customer service, very basic copywriting skills)
Data Entry
Dropbox
Odoo / ERP (creating invoices/purchase orders, inventory adjustments, price adjustments, and other basic sales related admin tasks)
Trello

An idea of some tasks will be:
Entering in previous sales data to a new database
Formatting spreadsheets for data upload into ERP
Creating invoices and purchase orders on Odoo
Stock/ price adjustments
Creating products on Shopify, basic product description copywriting, handling customer enquiries
Managing warranty accounts (Claims from customers and compensations required to customer, checking if claims are valid, making entries on spreadsheets)
