Virtual Assistant- customer service rep/admin

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 15 hours or more per week depending on the capability of the VA .

The work will include the following:
– Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
– Expense reports
– Updating, product content for website and social media
-Making phone calls to potential suppliers , researching sales data
– Editing product photos

Skills required:
– Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
– Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
– not a most but a plus, we can teach the right person, Photoshop, SEO, HTML
