Pay is $600 USD/month + $5 commission for each successful appointment set, Full-time, 40 hours/week. Must work during US business hours (mountain time zone)

[Role]

I am looking for a rockstar, self-starting, and proactive VA to help mostly with prospect communication and appointment setting so I can spend more time on the phone & zoom calls closing deals. I sell AI follow-up services and lead generation to business owners. I particularly focus on the Solar, Mortgage, and Dental markets. I use an AI system called WooSender that you will spend most of your time working in. Most of the job will be texting and writing emails so good English grammar skills is a must. You will also spend time talking with prospects on the phone

I am also looking for someone to help manage day to day tasks such as managing my email, and other personal tasks and errands in my life. You will also assist with setting new client accounts up inside of WooSender and with customer service.

You will spend about 80% of your time prospecting and appointment setting, and about 20% of your time with Executive Assistant and Customer Service tasks.

Pay is $600 USD/month + $5 for each successful appointment set that shows up to their appointment. 13th month benefits start after you’ve been with my company for 6+ months.

[Responsibilities]

* Check prospect messages daily and respond during US business hours (inside WooSender software)
* Schedule Appointments with Prospects on Jeff’s calendar
* Follow Provided Standard Operating Procedure Docs (SOPs)
* Document processes and help create/edit SOPs for everyday tasks
* Responding to leads in WooSender
* Scheduling Appointments
* Library of things to say – Create templates in WooSender
* Prospecting
* Clean and compile lists of prospects to use in cold outreach campaigns
* Message prospects on LinkedIn
* Send reminder texts to prospects before appointments
* Respond to customer service inquiries
* Help set up new client accounts
* Fill out a daily report at the end of each day
* Update 4R document as job role evolves (this document: Role, Responsibilities, Results & Requirements)

[Results]

* Have 2-3 appointments scheduled for Jeff each weekday from cold outreach efforts
* Prospects are texted back/emailed within 15 minutes of message coming in (during US business hours)
* Conversations are kept clean and clear inside of WooSender at all times
* My email and to do list is kept clean and everyday tasks are taken care of

[Requirements]

* Fluent in English – both verbal and excellent written communication skills with excellent grammar
* Excellent Organization Skills
* Self Starter – Able to see and anticipate needs and the take the right actions
* Tech-Savvy when it comes to using online software
* Familiarity with sales processes including using a CRM
* Bonus points if you have experience with Zoho or WooSender
