Responsibilities: Performance Management
* Manage the Performance Management full cycle from objective setting through annual reviews.
* Deliver global communications and supporting materials to help drive staff and manager accountability around yearly performance processes.
* Overall management of learning and performance systems, including task deployment, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
* Partner with line managers to develop appropriate introductory goals, annual goals, and career development objectives.
* Track and analyze trends in performance and generate reports.
* Support the HR Director in the development of processes, tools, and talent analytics that enable the identification, assessment, and development of talent.

Responsibilities: Learning & Development:
* Analyze organization-wide staff development needs to recommend program enhancements that drive continual growth.
* Manage and track tuition reimbursement and professional development programs.
* Enhance the new hire integration process through the collation and/or design and development of cross organizational training content applicable to all new hires.
* Assist with other HR initiatives as assigned by the manager
