Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) Job Summary
Are you an experienced virtual assistant who loves variety and can handle a multitude of tasks with a can-do attitude? Our company is growing rapidly and is in need of a virtual assistant to provide support for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have some executive or administrative support experience, excellent English skills, and a proactive and adventurous attitude. If this sounds like you, apply today!

REVA Responsibilities
Talk with clients and prospects over the phone to help them get to my lender or schedule calls with me (scripts and training provided). No selling required.
Post on social websites
Track transactions and notify parties of contract deadlines
CRM maintenance – make sure we are following up with our past clients, prospects and sphere of influence regularly
Simple market research – find sellers, property owners, etc.
Post regularly on social media accounts & monitor comments and questions
REVA Qualifications
Must be able to work at least 8 hours per day time between 7am and 7pm in the US Mountain Time or Eastern Time Zones
At least 1-2 years of experience as an office assistant, executive assistant or telemarketer
Must be productive in a quiet home office/virtual office environment and proficient with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, or Google Suite
Must have your own computer and headset with a reliable internet connection
Exemplary time-management, customer service, organization, and communication skills
Fluency or very strong command of the English language – both written and verbal, are imperative
Able to produce high-quality work consistently, with little to no supervision on a variety of projects
Advanced computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite is desired
