Position Summary:
The VA will help our real estate company with generating leads by making outbound and taking inbound calls with homeowners and buyers. They will use an Auto-dialer to make calls and enter and organize leads into our CRM. Looking for VA with prior solid 1+ years of work experience in Cold Calling clients and in the real estate industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Make Outbound calls to generate seller leads on Auto-dialer for company acquisitions rep or agent to follow up on.
Ask sellers if they want to sell their house and ask about the property condition and seller’s situation.
Take Inbound Calls and enter leads into CRM
Convert Leads into Opportunities
Enter Leads into CRM, Podio
Report daily and weekly call activities and number of leads generated
Other admin assignments

Preferred Software experience:
CRM, Salesforce, Podio, Hubspot, MLS, Loopnet
Document signing software: Docusign, Dotloop, Adobe
Project Management Software: Basecamp, Trello
Microsoft: Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint
Google Apps: Docs, Spreadsheet, Calendar

Qualifications:

VA’s with Cold Calling outbound experience (Must have at least 1-2 years of solid experience in Cold Calling)
VA’s with Real Estate work experience and background
Strong English Communication Skills
Strong Voice and Phone Skills
History of Keeping a Job, and not jumping around from job to job
History of High Performance in previous jobs
Check references if needed. Might not do it for everyone.
1 or more years of Solid, Proven background doing Outbound/Inbound Cold Calling in a call center or prior company
Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Over 1 year of experience in a Virtual Assistant role
Proficient using technologies, including VoIP, Autodialer, CRM
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection (At least i3 4GB RAM / 20mbps internet speed
Must have a working noise-canceling headset / quiet environment
Good typing speed
Have them upload 2 Audios: 1 audio introducing themselves 3-4 mins, and one audio reading a 2 page script.
