Looking for a part time virtual assistant to handle administrative tasks, from email communication, Mailchimp campaigns, customer follow-up, excellent English speaking skills. The freelancer must have real estate entry skills with Zumper, Zillow, etc.
You need to be an organized self-starter available between the hours of 9AM to 1PM or 2PM to 6PM Eastern time. the candidate needs to have previous Real Estate experience that can step in and take charge. Lead generation and lead follow up experience is needed. Fast, reliable internet is required. The candidate needs to be able to manage databases, work with Mailchimp to send campaigns and posting on social media. SEO experience is a plus.
