Position of a Real Estate Leads Manager

We are a Real Estate Investment & Construction company located in Maryland, U.S.A.
We are in search of a lead manager who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You will be mainly responsible for the management of the company’s leads within our CRM.


First Point of contact
Books all appointments for inbound leads
Qualigy the leads and identify opportunities
Handles non “Hot Follow up”
Distribute leads to agents and quality controls all leads submitted
Manages overall CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Track lead follow up flow
Remind acquisition personnel on follow up calls
Submit “No Call Sheet”, EOD, weekly and monthly reports
Take inbound calls to set up appointments for the acquisition manager
Follow up existing leads in the database
Make sure data is accurate( Name, address, email & Phone Number)
New Leads Per week 20 – 30 leads + dealings with follow-ups
