Hi There!

We are looking for a bright, friendly Patient Scheduler / Appointment Setter with experience to join our remote team ASAP.

What will you be doing?

– Schedule patients for appointments
– Respond to email and phone calls and address each request with super friendly attitude and attention to detail
– Update attorneys with status of their client’s treatments
– Solve scheduling issues
– Maintain accurate records in company system


– 1+ years patient scheduling experience preferred
– 1+ year customer service experience
– Excellent verbal and written English
– Strong multi-tasking abilities
– Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
– Tech-savvy – Comfortable with PC and common apps (Acrobat PDF, Office, Google apps)
– Experience in Personal Injury or Workers Comp or similar field is a plus
– Willing and able to stay and grow with the company

– Training provided at a comfortable pace
– Job Type: Full-time
– 100% work from home position. You will be required to join our “virtual office” via a webcam at all times while working and to submit daily reports.
