This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide necessary details and presentation for services offered. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Attend sales training from vendors to understand and create IT Solutions. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to bring the sale to a closing. Have a continuous learning and can-do attitude.

Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities

Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients

Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, digital resources and other channels

Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients

Presenting and delivering information to potential clients

Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Working with the client through the closing process

Sending email campaigns to potential prospects

Posting the new post on social media and working with the management to create campaigns

Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written)

Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Persuasive and goal-oriented

Self-motivated and self-directed

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred. Previous experience selling to small and medium-size.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred.
