Optimize and Improve Excel Macros for Work Order Forms

I have an excel macros for using work order forms.

The data is entered into a form in excel. This form has mandotary fields and non-mandatory fields. It can be output in a4 format as pdf and saved on the computer, and the information entered in the first spreadsheat is collected on a different spreadsheat

Now i can keep this form online, I would like to move it to google documents if possible. It also allows the all form to be saved on the computer only by certain users, but everyone should be able to enter data and print out as pdf.

My purpose in doing this is to prevent the person who has the excel file from accessing all the information, even if the form will not work online, it is enought that it can work with a validation file on the computer.

I would appreciate it if you could share me your past experience.
