The successful candidate will play a critical role in our comapny growth. S/he has proven creative, innovative, and strategic skills to reach and exceed sales, marketing, and branding goals. S/he can multi-task and manage many projects while effectively working and building a company client base. S/he is extremely detailed oriented and self-motivated, meeting and exceeding all position goals and deadlines while working effectively with company teams and the company owner.


Assist in developing and executing fluid, effective, and impactful marketing campaigns strategically created and implemented throughout the year while establishing long-term efforts and goals.
Solid execution and management of all projects with approximate management of time between sales, networking, marketing, and branding.
Heavily active with sales development and event growth.
Assist in the strategic development of and tactical execution of creative promotions, campaigns, sales efforts, communications, and visual promotions.
Work with the Relationship Specialist to establish and implement innovative promotional opportunities and campaigns – from conception to fruition.
Work, update, interact, and maintain company social media and website.
Establish new client and business leads while maintaining existing relationships.
Establishing and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Work with the Event Management team for the effective flow of information and company processes.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
Assist in the development, review, and editing of marketing content.
Collaborate in the creation and management of marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, newsletters, ad campaigns, and web).
Helping create advertising media, such as print ads, brochures, and displays.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.


Effective knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Office products as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and, abilities to use the internet for heavy research.
Superior and effective organization and detail skills in all aspects of your position and work.
Desire to grow in the knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) and Virtual and event management environments.
Complete reliability and timeliness in all aspects of work and performance – Mandatory
Provide a positive, upbeat, and “can do” daily attitude with creative involvement and ideas.
Ability to effectively adjust to daily demands and needs of position.
Ability to work in a team environment, playing a key role in daily demands.
Quick and effective ability to use multiple communications effectively and timely including Zoom video/chat, email, phone calls and text with the team, vendors, and clients.
Ability to recognize and defuse challenges quickly and effectively.
Display great flexibility and approach in daily tasks.
Customer service experience.
Professional writing abilities.
Display dedication to position, department, team, and company.
Efficient in working independently in a work-from-home environment holding all accountabilities for work and timeliness.
Ability to present work and created material to the team, clients, and vendor via conference calls, video conference and other.
