We’re looking for a full-time experienced Jack of all trades Virtual Assistant to assist our small but fierce SEO team.
We’re a fully remote digital marketing agency and we offer our services to major car dealerships around the United States
Due to the nature of our company and the needs of this position, the ideal candidate will be very comfortable with computers, navigating various types of software and apps, has the ability to pick up new software and apps with relative ease and minimal hands-on training needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments with various quickly shifting needs and sometimes unrelated tasks. We’re growing quickly and putting together systems of organization as we need them.
The ideal candidate will be able to pick things up quickly and jump into our current workflow easily. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have substantial knowledge of HTML/CSS and various CRMs. We need someone with exceptional English speaking and proofreading/editing abilities.
Comfortable with various billing and organization-type software. Some we’re currently using include ClickUp, Slack, G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc). We also use Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Majestic, SEMRush, Grammarly, Moz, and many other SEO tools. Experience with these is a big plus.
Comfortable with computers and software, in general, to play around with, pick up, and learn new programs/software without much direction if needed.
Duties include:
Assisting with content upload to websites, proofreading and editing web content, assisting with online research, making calls, entering data, doing internal linking, link prospecting, and much more.
This is a start-up, so this position might wear a lot of hats at times.
Extra skills preferred:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
Basic knowledge of SEO
Interest and knowledge in the automotive industry
