We are fast-growing and seeking an immediate full-time Customer Sales Admin to join our team. We are looking for team players who want to build bonds with our customer base. We want to ensure our customers enjoy a lifelong outdoor journey with their new e-bike. If you enjoy helping potential customers learn which bike is best for them and how to optimize the fun and utility of their new bike, this might be the role for you!

This position offers the opportunity to grow with an exciting, fast-moving start-up.

About You
Has 3-5 Years’ experience in customer service admin role
Must be expert in tabulating fulfillment and Customer Service Data using excel and google sheet
50+ WPM typing speed
Experienced in FedEx related tasks such as filing Lost Claims and following up on FedEx shipments (delayed, lost, pending)
Handled research related tasks
Experience in Risk and Fraud Orders and Payments for LBS and other CS related expenses
Tabulated data as per request of the CS Manager and Data Team (excel)
Possesses excellent communication skills with neutral accent, talking to FedEx Shipping like lost claims and delayed orders
The person needs to be a trustworthy and full of integrity
?Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft excel and google sheet

Additional Requirements
3+ Years Zendesk Experience
Proficiency using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office
Knowledge of major social media platforms (big plus if you’ve used them on a business level)
Reliable internet connection
Technically minded and detailed oriented

Experience with electric bikes or vehicles
Experience with an ecommerce store and managing inventory
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience at a DTC company
Prior experience with technical support
