Community facilitator and support

Looking for a customer operation specialist / community facilitator / support to help us with online community facilitation. Responsibilities include create topics, comments, likes, to create engagement, promote positive communication, getting others to share experience, support product rollout and get users to adopt to the app.

This position will start part-time and can turn into a 40 hours a week gig. The ideal candidate should be able to work some time in the US timezone. The person should be able to commit to a long term working partnership as we grow.

Essential functions
– Providing our customers immediate support via email or live chat our community
– community engagement and facilitation
– create engaging topics and share your experience

Minimum qualifications
– experience in caregiving such as a nanny, au pair, senior caregiver
– Experience with customer service and training is a big plus!

– Excellent organizational skills
– Learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision
