Build a functional google sheet for constructing schedules/adding hours

I am taking over schedule writing for a large department for my company. I have an… iffy… google sheet that inherited. What I am needing mainly is to add up all hours I’m scheduling each day to easily see where I’m at. I have pictures of the current one but obviously need some changes. Just overall want it cleaned up and streamlined. Thank you in advance!
