Culturehome is hiring an assistant store manager and team leader to run the day business plan under the Direction of the CEO.

Will have the desire and ability to become the store manager within the next 3 months.

Hours are 9am -5pm Sydney time Monday to Friday.

• Manage the day to day to do list
• Fulfill customers orders
• Supplier liaison
• Customer enquiries
• Customer Complaints and refunds.
• Manage team of up to 3 freelance data entry
• Manage the the Marketing plan including Instagram,Facebook,Google Shopping.
• Onboard new suppliers
• Train and manage new team members
• Achieve sales Budgets
• Manage a quality system with Work Instructions.
• Communicate with daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)
• Research competitor activity
• Identify opportuinites
• Ideally Bachelor of Business and Technology or Equivilant.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Online Role Essential.
• Run a profitable and growth store.
