Looking for someone with strong, written English communication skills to help schedule appointments with incoming leads for our social media marketing agency. Your job responsibilities will include:

– Answering questions from new leads using pre-written templates and other information about our social media services.
– Recording incoming leads using our CRM and setting up follow-up reminders.
– Actively and persistently following up with each lead until they have booked an appointment with our sales team or have requested a proposal.
– Scheduling appointments using our sales team’s google calendar and Calendly links.
– Handing off leads to the sales team once they have booked an appointment or have been warmed up sufficiently through your email conversations.
