We are looking for a long term tech savvy virtual assistant. We need someone that can help organize tasks, help take on simple tasks, manage our calendar, follow up on tasks and items in our to-do list, scheduling, data entry, updating CRM (Zoho).
The virtual assistant will complete projects that are anticipated to require between 10 and 20 hours per week. The work will include the following:
– Data entry
– Analysis and spreadsheet work (must be proficient in excel)
– Ad hoc duties to include, creating, uploading and revising documents remotely using Google drive, dealing promptly with incoming emails etc
– Additional duties to include proof reading and mild editing of PowerPoint presentations (for look and formatting not context), requesting and tracking of teaching materials, filing and organizing teaching materials.
The proposed payment plan is in the range of $40-50/hrs
