* Bookkeeping: Keep transactions reconciled on our system.
* Accounts Receivable: Keep a healthy accounts receivable by reaching out to wholesale customers whenever they are 45+ days due.
* Human Resources: Onboarding, Communication with Employees, Payroll, Uniforms, Removal/Resignations.
* Fill out Vendor Forms (Credit applications, etc.)
* Overseeing finances and budgets.
* Payment to Vendors
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Basic Administrative or accounting experience
* Good mathematical skills
* English language
* Basic Computer Skills
* Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
