Start P/T working up to 20 hours/wk, increase hrs. as needed.
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Schedule delivery/pickup
• Track inventory
• Proficient in excel, word and outlook
• Other administrative duties as needed.
• Experience working in the retail real estate industry
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
