The Admin Assistant will serve as the administrative back up for the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for providing assistance with various projects, including but not limited to:

– Processing incoming mail.

Filing, scanning, photocopying, faxing, copying, etc.

Maintaining calendars for both the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales

Creating labels for marketing materials

Assisting with platform set up and organization

Assist in maintaining company records (e.g. expense reports)
