We are looking to hire an assistant for our multiple companies. We are a growing organization looking to get organized and need your help. The admin/assistant must be experienced in the following and highly skilled in organization and implementing processes. Light project management will be required.

-Email organization
-Scheduling appointments
-Calling contractors for bids and appointment setting
-Data entry
-Project management for current quarterly goals.
-Delegating to other team members
-Client follow-up
-Database management

The individual must be available during the week for important tasks that need to be handled the day of.

This company is primarily real estate. This job will also include personal organization and appointment setting.
